Who has the < 1989 dirt on Cheney?

Who has the < 1989 dirt on Cheney?
I think a lot of people say to themselves, "Well, Cheney's role was different as CEO of Halliburton. His job was to make the company money. He was an effective CEO in that way. He has a different role as VP."

There have to be votes from his years in the House that show him acting like its governments job to make corporations money. Was he around during the Chrysler bailout? Any boondoggle pork projects for his home district?

Seems if it was shown in the congressional record if he thinks it's his job as an elected official to shovel cash down CEOs throats, Halliburton shenanigans would be seen in a more revealing light ...
