document.Please google for PNAC/genetics and you will be able to get the link.Wolfowitz and Kristol authored this portion of the document and they wax eloquent about the many possibilities such viruses can give in controlling 'unruly' populations such as the Palestinians in Israel.It is just one leap from this so called control to genocide in order to alter the demographic balance in Israel.

It is simply amazing that within six decades of the death of Nazi barbarism we have people in our power structure contemplating such murderous weapons in the open with impunity.

9. One of the things the purveyors of this madness forget is that

at a time when information can span the globe in a few nanoseconds,any breakthroughs in this field will become common knowledge in a short time.And populations that are derided as short on
resources like many Third World nations will be able to produce these weapons at low cost.

The more I think about the awesome possibilities of these weapons,the more I realize that there is simply no way out for all mankind except peaceful coexistence with our fellow human beings.These weapons will make the A-Bomb look like a benign development.

If these weapons see the light of day, we can all kiss our asses goodbye because we won't even realize that we have been attacked by gene specific viruses.
