“Some people have interpreted this (slogan) as a call for George Bush’s head, that Nov. 2 is the day the nightmare ends, that it’s like Babe Ruth pointing to the fence or Muhammad Ali saying, ‘I’m gonna end it in the fourth round.’ I’m just here to categorically deny that,” Jelly says with a twinkle in his eye. “It’s not what we intend in any way.”
He pauses, then pursues his point. “Because that would be illegal. I’m just like Mel Gibson. Trying to deny controversy.”
