Bush will win because he is a great Man and a great leader.

Reply 5 - Posted by: Obadiah, 8/4/2004 8:14:01 AM

Right now the polls look even. But that's an optical illusion.

Bush with 54%+ in November.

Reply 7 - Posted by: StormCnter, 8/4/2004 8:21:57 AM

I have always believed that GW will win this election in a landslide that will bury Dem hopes for the next generation, at least.

Goodbye, Hillary.

If y'all haven't yet, pick up a copy of "American Evita". It's a page turner and will remind you why this woman must never be given executive power.

Reply 8 - Posted by: doublenickel, 8/4/2004 8:23:51 AM

Bush will win in a landslide. The Dems won't know what hit them!

Reply 10 - Posted by: cjohn2979, 8/4/2004 8:32:38 AM

In 2000, to the surprize of all the condescending Dem's, Bush beat all three Al Gore's in the debates. Now he has 4 years experience as President and 3 fighting the war on terror. He's going to make every version of Kerry look like the liberal idiot's they are.

Reply 23 - Posted by: artlover, 8/4/2004 9:28:57 AM

I hope that God will allow Bush to win this election.
If he doesn't, he is allowing the devil to take over, as was the case in the old testament a lot of times. All you have to do is read the old testament and see how God PERMITTED evil rulers to become kings. That is so he can tell who is really his followers. We have to pray so hard for Bush to win.......

Reply 38 - Posted by: Fledrmaus, 8/4/2004 10:37:36 AM

I agree with #6 that the Democrats will go nuts if they lose in November. With that party now so deranged, I genuinely fear that some of the radicals (and there are far more of them than is safe) will conclude that playing by the rules will never pay off for them, and they'll start adding their own little contribution to the War on Terrorism - on the terrorists' side. They're already alienated enough to feel that they're the "saving remnant" living under occupation by unclean barbarians. With no feeling of connection to their "unenlightened" fellow-citizens, they might very well start making war upon us.

Reply 44 - Posted by: nancyb, 8/4/2004 10:57:59 AM

That smog you see surrounding the entire Democrat party and its candidates is the evil miasma called Hubris. Hubris is the only Unforgiveable Sin, elevating oneself to the level of the Divinity. It's what got Lucifre kicked out of Heaven.

Pride goeth before a fall.

Reply 46 - Posted by: dolphin, 8/4/2004 11:02:37 AM

Landslide, landslide, landslide!

Reply 49 - Posted by: RunRow, 8/4/2004 11:27:53 AM

I have said all along that it will be W in a landslide. The dims want felons voting and in 2000 wrote a 5 page memo outlining how to prevent the absentee military votes from counting. That's all you need to know about their values. Scumbags!!!!!!!

Reply 72 - Posted by: texaslass3, 8/4/2004 3:50:18 PM

W will NOT win because his ideas are better or because he is the superior man when it comes to leadership, class or because the U.S. desperately needs his tough type of decisiveness right now. Folks, we will ONLY win this one with God's help. The Lord saved our bacon last time even though we as a nation don't bless Him very much. We must pray, work hard, individually be campaigning in our own spheres of influence and encourage all those Christians who sat on their behinds to GET OUT AND VOTE. That is the only way we win this time. The evil coming against our President THIS election cycle is about double last time and just remember that Dems almost go away with putting GORE in the White House.

Reply 74 - Posted by: dbaa, 8/4/2004 4:05:01 PM

Go to Drudge NOW, and check out the pictures of GWB and Kerry and the ears of corn. GW is doing what a MAN does with corn (my husband is from Iowa). Kerry hasn't a clue. If we can't trust him with corn, how can we trust him with Al Qa'ida?

Reply 82 - Posted by: jacman, 8/4/2004 5:35:05 PM

it is not nonsense that Kerry will lose the election the real reasons Kerry will lose is not only is Busk a much better man to be president, but he has some inside help, Bill and hildabeast have no intention of allowing lurch to win.

It is not in their grand scheme

.. especially the religious wackos. Yes, God will allow Bush to become president. Yes.. God hasn't anything more important to do, really, than to oversee an election in America. Thank goodness God isn't trifling with things like genocide, starvation, and war.. thank goodness he is on that bus with Bush. Oh, wait.. Bush isn't really travelling on that bus, is he? Okay... then God is on AF-1 with Bush, as the travel around to meet the bus. God is is co-pilot, actually. Does God drink near-beer, too?

Its going to be a close election no matter what, personally I was hoping for a bigger boost after the DNC - but it never came. Maybe I'm being pessimistic, but thats a very very very bad sign. I think maybe Kerry should change his campaign strategy and go into more specifics about his plans, because he needs to do that to win over middle america. His vagueness is what is really killing us.

What was that? Is this the transcript from some deranged improvisational audition for the re-make of Deliverance?

Those people scare me. The Kerry campaign should copy and paste that and make it part of an ad. Imagine if undecided voters saw who exactly supports dumbya?

With no feeling of connection to their "unenlightened" fellow-citizens, they might very well start making war upon us.

War? Um, excuse me, but we're the ones who think war is a bad idea. Oh wait, I get you...You want a war...Instead of harboring WMD, you think we're harboring bad intentions...So you're going to let loose with a pre-emptive strike...I get you now. You repukes are all alike...
