Three years and half a trillion dollars later America is losing the war on terrorism. The 9/11 Commission has warned that more and worse acts of terrorism are to be expected. Bin Laden's planning always assumed that we, in reacting to him, would help him carry out his objectives. Well, we did. In his dreams he could not have imagined the damage done to America. So how are we losing the war?

It's not that we reacted.... but rather who was in charge of the reaction at the time... and the methods employed.

Reacting would have been fine... if it weren't done in a totally reactionary manner... warring on nations... is not taking on terrorists.

This morning on CNN I think... I once again heard that the terrorists were doing this and the terrorists were doing that in Iraq.... Hmmmmm if people were to come here... and I took up my gun to drive them out... would I suddenly become a terrorist?? This is soooooo skewed and out of touch with reality. Somebody slap these people.
