I think it's(Fair)to say that GW has done a piss poor job with the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan! I think it's also(Fair)to say that GW has failed to really protect America and that he has himself created more world class outlaws, than there already were in 2000! It damned sure(Fair)to say that everything we buy now costs much more than it did four years ago! It's also(Fair)to say that even as the prices of everything we need to survive have gone up on Bush's watch, America's wages and benefits have gone down! It's(Fair)to say that even though 2% of Americans did get a reasonably good tax break, the other 98% of us are much worse off than before the Bush tax cuts, because of ballooning state, county and local taxes!
Clinton was able to(Balance)the budget and put the government back into the black ink, even though the GOPers in congress fought and undermined Clinton every step of the way! Bush can't even(Balance)his high dollar Bicycle! Seems like the only thing Bush could ever really(Balance),is a bottle of booze on his smirking lips, or a silver spoon at the end of his royal snout! There is no Check or(Balance)in Washington now to stop this Bush train wreck and there hasn't been since 2002! Therefore I lay the blame for the(Balance)of our problems, on George Bush!
