3. PBD
Pickle brain disorder. Years of abusing alcohol and not thinking enough to keep the brain activated results in PBD and your cells become mush (technically referred to as little pub cells).

Or maybe arsenic exposure.

Quote added on edit (from web page referenced above):
"...the human mind can be poisoned as the result of certain traumas, relationships, and experiences, and believing certain ideas and thoughts. Mental poisoning alters the mind's perception, reason, emotions, and will. Now the results of mental poisoning affect the body because of the mind-body connection. Beliefs in your mind that foster anger, fear, and guilt affect both your body and soul."

7. Doctor friends says possibly epilepsy.
Petit mal seizures would explain pretzel incident, bike spills, and "speaking in tongues" cited in Woodward's book.

9. He fit the description
of a psychopath in a mystery I'm listening to on audiobooks while I drive: lacks empathy, laughs inappropriately, short attention span, can be considered charming (that's a reach), and becomes irritable when questioned.
If you've ever seen the video of then-governor Bush mocking the death of Carla Tucker, (I hope I have her name correct...on Texas' death row for murder)you'll know what I mean.

13. There's video of that?
I thought that was something he said to Tucker Carlson in private -- which, to Tucker's credit, so disgusted him he published it.

21. Yep. Video of Bush playfully re-enacting
Carla "choking" her victim. It's sick. Carla was a murderer; I'm short on sympathy for her. But Governor Bush's giggly re-enactment of her crime was truly disturbing. We need to get the video and show people. Even one of my fundie co-workers was disgusted after seeing the clip. It's that creepy side of Bush you glimpse now and then. The over-indulged fratboy who believes he's better than everyone else.
Anyone know where we can get the video? I'd love for Michael Moore or Jon Stewart to give that some air.

In my opinion, it seems Dubya has a case of the Puppet Syndrome controlled by a Rove suffering from the Napolean Complex.
