I do think this is backfiring. McCain is SO POPULAR with independents and this reminds people and the press of the slime-gate in SC. It would be karmic justice if this bites Bush in the ass.

2. he wants us to defocus from who funded the ad and look at who these

guys are.... let's it slip that it's the same group that did McCain in in the 2000 election...but McCain is wrong to bring this up.

He's begging america to drop the moral/ethical question and just go with an AWOL leader.

I admire you for wading through that slime. It's useful to know what is going on so we can counter it but I just can't stomach him. He makes me ill.
