Has anyone surveyed the National Guard people from Bush's time?

Is there a master list that's a public record? It would be a lot of work, but it would be interesting if someone got a list of the people from the Texas and Alabama National Guard units at the time and place when Bush was supposed to have been there (the times in question, that is). Call these people and ask if they remember him.
