Mark Lloyd on Cspan-Media kicking butt
(He was also in Orwell Rolls Over in his Grave) talking about how the media consolidation rules need to be an election year issue given that the 3 Repubs who voted FOR it are Repubs and the 2 against are Dems.

Also talking about accountability to the FCC and how it's gone now.

1. Sorry, I didn't see your post earlier. The program is awesome.
Americans really need to listen to this program in its entirety. Right now talking about "bundling" of cable pacakges vs a la carte purchasing.

2. I saw the bundling show the other day and wasn't really
clear on who benefits. It appears that the major cable companies are against unbundling and letting customers choose ala carte. What I'm not clear on, IF one could create shows or stations that customers could pick ala carte to add, would this help diversity of communication and what would it cost?

This conference is GREAT
