Talk Show Host Michael Medved Advocates Government Surveillance of 9/11 Skeptics

Neo-Con talk show host Michael Medved supports those who hand out Alex's videos being scrutinized by the secret service. He also says that anyone who questions whether the government were behind 9/11 be closely watched and that people like Michael Moore are a danger to America.

This is the mindset that pervades modern day pro-government state propaganda. However, all the callers in this clip disagree with Medved and charge him with aiding the terrorists because of his endless attacks on the bill of rights such as supporting the production of identity papers on demand.

This and a thousand other ugly little contributions to the cause of fascism will add up to a very ugly America sooner than later. Medved's a putz, but there's many like him doing their damndest to turn the US into total crap. Oh yeah, Medved says that Michael Moore deserves a special looking at- a government file, no less- by the Bush regime. To the people's credit who called into to his show, most were telling Medved where to 'shove it'.-SJ

he's one of the worst, which is saying something

he was on one of the shows, equating F911 with the Clinton Chronicles, saying that Moore's movie was EVERY bit as fallacious as that one!

he kept railing about all the inaccuracies, but the host and guests didn't bother to ask him to name ONE, like Moore did with Dreier

additionally, SPY magazine used to run stories about him when he had the PBS gig as the replacement for Siskel/Ebert. they'd have funny stuff in there about what a total asswipe he was, how he terrorized the crew and Jeffrey Lyons, his cohost, that sorta thing.

I know Lyons' sister in law quite well, and she says MM is one of the biggest jerks she's ever met in her entire life

he also was a paid shill for John Landis, then testified in his behalf at the trial over the helicopter deaths, for which Landis should have gone to JAIL

but I digress

Damn - I miss it. I have a stack of old issues and I occasionally go through them as the ultimate late 80's/early 90's nostalgia trip.

4. I would think that an openly gay man would have more understanding

of the need for diverse opinion in our society. Not only that, but doesn't he rely on the First Amendment every day for his livelihood? Sounds like hypocrisy to me.
