at the Unity Conference.

He was trying to rename the "war on terra"

3. I was watching it on CNN
When that guy laughed I THINK the audience also started to get in a full blown heckle mode because there seemed to be a lot of chatter in the audience... but then CNN of course broke away to save his ass!

By the time I found the dummy on cspan the moment had passed!
