BUY A TICKET TO FAHRENHEIT 911 THIS WEEKEND
It looks like the film could drop out of the top 10 for the first time since it's release six weeks ago.

If you have a theatre near you that is showing Fahrenheit 911, stop by and purchase a ticket or two - even if you have no desire to see it again. And suggest your friends come with you and do the same. Hell, buy a bunch of tickets if you can afford it.

2. Pool your money together and buy an extra ticket. :)
If the neo-cons can bulk-purchase Ann Coulter's and Bill O'Reilly's books to get them on the NYT bestseller list, we can bulk-purchase a few movie tickets and keep Michael Moore in the Top Ten.

4. Fandango Question
If you purchase tickets online with Fandango and you don't show up to get them, you're still charged for them, right? And if you're charged for them, they count for the box-office total, right?

This might be a way for some people who don't live near a theatre to purchase a ticket/tickets.

5. OR, not to detract from your idea, but you could also spend that money
helping an org like Moveon air commercials that MANY more Americans can see for free come September & October.

F 9/11 has done GREAT at the box office...but whether it pulls in $110 million or $113 million won't really help the election (or Michael Moore's pockets) all that much.

Just a thought for people whose cash is tight and want to help.

6. I think many more people
will rent it when it comes out on DVD.
I believe that lots of repubs would rather rent it than show up at a theatre, in public.
So the message will go on!

8. Yeah, actually someone was saying the longer it's in the theaters...
...the greater the chances it'll be released on DVD AFTER the election. It might be best for it to fall away for now and come back BIG on DVD in October.

12. Michael said it's coming out on DVD in September.
And since it is his plan and his movie, and he doesn't have Miramax to worry about, I suspect it will be out on time regardless of whether or not it's still kicking around the cineplex.

9. We need to keep the film out there so as many people as possible can see
the movie. This is the best advertisement against Bush. As far as I can tell, the DNC doesn't know how to use its money in a winning way and neither does the Kerry campaign.
