6. Do you think the city will bill both campaigns?

In the recent past it's become practice for the city to send bills for the required police overtime and other expenses to the campaigns of visiting politicians. */Cheney have ignored every single bill sent, not sure about Dem candidates. I'd like to think that the Dems get it, but I'm not so sure. Anyone know?
