Putting opensecrets.org to good use
Edited on Sat Aug-07-04 10:10 PM by ck4829
http://opensecrets.org as you know is the site in which you can see people's political donations, some people are bothered by this site, but I will show you all some neat things I have discovered.

1. Anti-Muslim Conservatives are biting the hand that feeds them
2. Liberal Bias?
3. Who are the most powerful Conservatives in the world supporting?

1. Anti-Muslim Conservatives are biting the hand that feeds them
Many Muslims now go Democratic, however some Muslim groups still are quite Conservative. For example, the International Institute of Islamic Thought has donated $1000 to the Republican Party.

2. Liberal Bias?
Media groups have donated about $700,000 to both the Democratic and Republican Party in the 2002 election cycle.

3. Who are the most powerful Conservatives in the world supporting?
Paul Weyrich - George W Bush, Arlene Wohlgemuth, and Carl Isett
Pat Robertson - Nathan Tabor, Winsome Sears, and George W Bush
Tom DeLay - The Texas Republican Congressional Committee
