Did I miss a big story per Fla rep Foley?

Wasn't Foley the former House Speaker in Fla during the whole election fiasco? Or do I have him confused with other extremist republican office holders from Florida?

Anyhow - I can't find the story this evening - but in my morning read (articles from LBN and Ed/Op) - I swear I read about a stepped up effort by some activists to out high up GOPers (office holders etc.) in reaction to the forcing of the gay marraige amendment vote on the hill. I am one who is not thrilled with the outing approach - and that is not the point of this post. But of those targeted (it mostly mentioned high up staffers) was Foley - and the article said that he had confirmed it in public. When did that happen - and how did I miss it?

3. He is my so called Representative

Normally I'd be against outing but well ... check out his web site.

Also every time I write to him about some issue his office sends me a form letter thanking me for my interest and explaining that he is voting opposite of what I asked him to do. It's frustrating.
I would love to have a Representative that cares about people more than corporations and who isn't always kissing the Religious Rights behinds but so far I've been stuck with Foley.
