The Woman George W. Bush Didn't Marry
The question is why
BY TIM FLECK

..snip

The date is January 1, 1967, and the picture and engagement notice in the Houston Chronicle trumpet the engagement of future Texas governor George W. Bush and the daughter of a Jewish father from the Bushes' Tanglewood 'hood.

snip

The governor, a Methodist, has upset Jewish leaders who questioned a statement he made five years ago. The then-candidate for governor told a reporter that those who do not accept Jesus Christ cannot go to heaven.

Before a trip to Israel last year, he joked that he would tell Israeli Jews they were all "going to hell." In a post-trip news conference,

Bush declared he would let God decide who goes to heaven. Those comments have fueled speculation that the Bush family broke up the 1967 engagement because the prospective bride had a Jewish background.

snip

Which brings us to the former Cathryn Lee Wolfman, a college student who had the mixed blessing to have loved and apparently lost the future governor when both were juniors, he at Yale and she at Rice.

snip.................

Bush spokeswoman Karen Hughes checked with the governor and reported back. "Yes, Governor Bush, while he was in college, was very briefly engaged to a very fine person he thinks the world of," explained Hughes. "Ultimately, they went their separate ways." According to Hughes, they do not keep in touch.

11. Mine is titled...
"Republican Family Values". It's a MS-Word document. Like yours, mine gets added to almost every day, and I now have 164 pages as of this AM with about 420 entries (names). Never thought it would get this large, but it has become a bit of an obsession.

How do you find the time? "Bush Dirt" could be a full-time job (one of the 32,000?).

24. Doesn't hurt, but doesn't do any good either...
Nothing short of Bush murdering someone in public for all to see is going to stick to this turd, unfortunately... and mainly because the media won't let it.

I remember before the 2000 election when some of this was stirring around. It was mentioned ever so briefly and quietly in the media and then dropped like a stone.

I recall my Dad saying that there was no way Bush could get elected with as much baggage as he had. He was simply amazed at how the media wouldn't touch an iota of it, especially as he had seen how they went after Clinton. He thought the media were just "dirt mongers", but he found out they were really only "democratic dirt mongers" and "republican white-washers".

10. They already did!
That guy Swift Boat Vets for Truth (why do they name these things with the opposite intention?) idiot, Jerome Corsi. Corsi is a frequent participant in FreeRepublic and posts under the pseudonym "jrlc".

Corsi on "John F*ing Commie Kerry": "After he married TerRAHsa, didn't John Kerry begin practicing Judiasm? He also has paternal grandparents that were Jewish. What religion is John Kerry?"

6. We need it all--
The AWOL records,
The lost Texas driver's license with various convictions attached,
Court Records,
Community Service History,
Investors in *'s early businesses,
SEC records concerning his violations---

and we need it not only to show what scum W is, but to demonstrate the venality of the Republican party and the corruption of the news media for not pursuing it.

...made a comment last December. Talking to some sports jock about their wives. Hannity made a comment that he married his wife because, "...she was the only one that would date me."

Great one Sean. She must feel so proud. No BJ for you - ever!

16. Here is an interesting reference to Ms. Wolfman
George W. Bush is the 43rd President of the United States of America. Throughout his distinguished seven-year career as a public servant, Bush has cultivated a reputation as a compassionate conservative who facilitates business-friendly legislation based on the principles of laissez-faire government, eye-for-an-eye justice, the teachings of Jesus Christ, and the inherently indomitable nature of nature.

(snip)

.... Other noteworthy interests during this period included varsity baseball, industrial inhalants, and a blessedly short-lived engagement to a power-hungry Jewess, Miss Cathryn Lee Wolfman. In 1968, Bush earned his bachelor's degree from Yale, graduating in the top 80% of his class.

30. Definitely a very well done parody site,
also a DU connection somewhere?.. note use of the word "moran"...

"God is ANGRY and WRATHFUL. Anyone who says God is love is a moran."

------------------------------------------
And a member of the flat earth society -

"Since the dawn of time, man has always known the Earth was flat. Then man (the majority) was closer to God. They would burn people at the stake for proposing that the Earth was round, or that the Earth wasn't the center of the universe (it is). These were the days when Logic and Reason where popular, where the idiots, witches, Satanists, Faggots, atheists, and Scientists would be executed by the Word of God for their blasphemy and hatred of God and His Word."

23. Boomers: Remember the board game "Mystery Date"?
Well, the mono-browed, flat-topped dude in the photo above seems like one of the guys you'd find behind the "DUD" door.

(a trip down memory lane for Boomers of a certain age ...)

Mystery Date...
Are you ready for your Mystery Date ...
Don't be late
It could be great ...
Now open the door for your *sigh* Mystery Date.

Will your date be a dream? (Open the door to see John Kerry or John Edwards in a tux, with a corsage in a box). "aaaaah!"

... or a DUD? (Open the door to find (eeeeeeeeek!) George W. Bush looking dopey! "ugh!"

are the basis for the Christian religion - there is no way to the kingdom but through Him, Jesus Christ.

22. Just to make clear....
I don't believe those things. I just knew, w/o his saying them, that those are Bush's beliefs, since he is a "born again," one of those evangelicals who believes the Bible is literal.
