I've hacked the BOFH-style Excuse Server (http://www.cs.wisc.edu/~ballard/bofh/) Perl script and made a Bushism emailing script out of it.

There is no license on the script so feel free to steal all you like from it. Don't forget to read the readme before trying to run the script, there are some things you need to set up.
