Iraqis refuse to be a US Colony
Edited on Tue Aug-10-04 04:34 AM by Disturbed
The US Admin. stated that Iraq is now a sovereign nation. That is a flat out lie! Most Americans do not know that but most Iraqis know it and refuse to give their land to the US.

Read this to know the truth.

The excuse for the US to stay is always to provide Iraqi security because otherwise a civil war will break out. That is not the reason that the US refuses to leave. The reasons are spelled out in this article. The Americans and Iraqis that are dying are not dying for "democracy" or to protect America. Those are vile lies told by the Neo Fascists who own the American Media.

1. The U.S. itself is becoming a colony of the Fascists Corporations.

3. True
The current political-economic rulers in the U.S. and Europe have duped the people into thinking that war is a last resort which "we" must adopt when our national or bloc sovereignty is threatened or when a ruthless leader engages in "ethnic cleansing" or some other unspeakable act.

The "National Defense State" scam works this way in the U.S.:

* Congress sinks huge sums into the "defense" budget.

* Congress transfers the money to the Pentagon and the Pentagon distributes our tax money to the various defense industries.

* Corporate executives "buy" congresspersons and presidents.

This process gives controlling-interest owners of corporations outrageous profits and control over the government.

4. The global corporations have been colonizing 3rd world
for years, exploiting both the people and the natural resources.
It never occurred to me that the U.S. itself was being colonized. Our laborers are being exploited (a la WalMart), the natural resources are being plundered and our civil rights are being trampled.

If this continues, the American middle class will have shrunk to almost nothing, like Italy and we will become a third world country.

The reason I support Hugo Chavez even though he keeps some bad company, is that he seems to be successful in keeping the corporate interests from re-enslaving his Country. He seems to be working to improve the situation for the native low income people. I think it would be great if an American President would do that.

However, his success might only be due to the fact that the Bush cabal is preoccupied with the Iraq and re-election issue and don't have time to invade Venezuela.

2. Good for them. Why be led by a murderer again? Bu$h is no better
than Saddam. His father and another worthless president gave tons of money and weapons to Saddam. And they had to be smart enough to know what a bad man he was. They just set him up for Dim Son and his lap dog media to topple. And murder innocent Iraqi`s and our troops. Who are just being used as cannon fodder. To help his corporate buddies get richer.
