3. There was some interesting talk about this at Bartcop
And some over at Atrios. I haven't really spent too much time on the Plame threads here because they are HUGE. But one can do a search on the threads for words of interest.

The methodology of getting to the top of things. Quite like pickup sticks. A careful method is used in order to get the task done. Don't listen to me. I'm only repeating posts that could be way off. But I doubt it, since some of those posters are quite brilliant journalists.

My feeble mind is worried about crooks going free. But Josh Marshall has something to say about this. And he's evidently quite concerned about the ramifications to jouralism. I have to wonder if the media could get any worse than it already is, though. But I trust Marshall's opinion. At this point, he's still thinking. I guess we'll see, won't we? I think the noble thing is to rise above partisan feelings, and do what's best for the country. I have a very difficult time with that. After years of suffering under right wing bs, I want heads to roll. That's just not the best thinking, I'm beginning to see.

6. The Plame threads have been condensed
into some papers on thread #17. Part has been transferred to thread #18.

4. "Treason doth never prosper: what's the reason? "
"Why if it prosper, none dare call it treason."
-- Sir John Harrington

Too bad that Harrington wrote that 400 years ago and it still hasn't sunk in yet...

5. I would be happy to hand him blindfold and ciggerette
even though smoking is bad for his health. I have to think he cut some kind of deal with prosecutors. I don't think this story is over yet.
