Heating Up The Northeast
Has Bu$h made any mention of how he plans to apease Republicans in the northeast who will be out there with sticker shock when they have to buy their winter home heating oil - just before the November election? With prices expected to be twice what they were last winter its going to start getting mighty chilly for a lot of folks right about the time George was counting on them.

2. He's pretty much given up on the Northeast.
Funny isn't it that they keep talking about how the Dems have lost the South but not how the Repukes have lost this area. Nothing about what can they do to get it back as it used to be quite Repuke in some parts.

3. Well, there is still New Hampshire, maybe Maine that might be reachable
Expect that he will do what his daddy did, and send as much pork as possible. I remember cartoons with pigs parachuted from air force one as Bush I campaigned by giving away free (borrowed) money.
