1. Probably because he talks to himself in the mirror and hears

the same lying inflection in others. We always project our worst faults onto others, human nature. Just more sickening when screeching RW whores do it, because they have little or no good qualities to balance out the crap.

and the way he talks? He's always making this like "snorting" sound. I don't notice it as much on TV, but you definitely hear it on his radio show. Closet coke head perhaps?
