Why does the media act like it's so bad that so many people
are voting for Kerry because they hate scrub? I have found that many people vote against people in elections. And I think voting history has shown that disatisfied people vote, because they truly believe that they have to vote.
The media makes it sound like the people who don't like scrub have a problem with his hair style or that he is short or something. The fact is, people who don't like scrub HATE him.

1. Because it makes Kerry sound like crap
In other words, 'no one's voting FOR Kerry, they're just voting against Bush' sort of thing--an effective way to marginalize.

5. And to make us sound like crap for being "haters" --
and not outraged citizens trying to save the country we love.

9. They put a spin on it & some people fall for it.
If people are voting AGAINST bush, not FOR Kerry, it really speaks more to how awful bush is, not how bad Kerry is.

People who fall for this spin are stupid & don't think for themselves. It's easy to spoonfeed them their beliefs. It alarms me how many of those types there are!

4. You never heard this when people were voting against Clinton.
I guess they thought it was okay that people voted against him instead of for the poor saps the Republicans wasted trying to beat him, especially in '96. Let's not mince words, here -- Republicans hated Clinton just as much as Democrats loathe Bush*, but you never heard that kind of rhetoric or insinuation in '96. I didn't, anyway.

6. Why wouldn't we hate him?
The media whores like to define anyone who opposes the chimp as a "bush-hater". In their puny minds, it invalidates any criticism of the administration.

Well, I wasn't born hating the chimp. I don't hate the chimp in a vacuum. He has earned my hatred with his failed policies and his belligerence. Plus, he's a fucking asshole!

Of course we hate the chimp. Thats why he is gonna be outa there come January. Get over it, media whores!

7. Because...
The media is one big government spin-doctor for the ruling class. That's pretty much the tall and short of it in my eyes.
