I think Jon Stewart really hates Robert Novak.
While Stewart is not outright nasty towards most people, he has referred to Novak as a Douche Bag several times on the Daily show. Just an observation. I agree with him. I would love to see Stewart debate Novak. Stewart would eat Novak for breakfast.

4. I like "The Douchebag of Liberty"
Jon has to keep it balanced, but he takes his shots when he can get away with it. The wingnuts can't really stand up for Novak and get away with it. Of course the REAL douchebag is still in the white house, yet to be revealed...

16. What made him do that then?
So his baby will have a better future than these asswipes will offer? That would make sense.

Novak committed treason by outing a CIA agent in his column, a treasonable offense. Ask yourself, what motivated Novak to reveal the name of an undercover CIA agent? What possible reason did he have for printing her name? Other than pure malevolance. Martha Stewart is headed for prison for dumping loser stock. Yet Novak gets a pass on endangering the life of a federal employee. Welcome to George Bush's America.

9. What real patriotic American wouldn't hate that traitorous bastard
When you out a covert CIA agent you commit treason IMHO. Novak deserves what ever traitors deserve. Hatred from his peers is the least of it.

21. not just your opinion.
outing a CIA agent is against the law. Why Novak has been allowed to skate, plus is still on the air, is a mystery.

I think he called Novak something like this the other night. One of those, spew-beer-out-of-the-nose moments.

11. Robert Novak is scum; I am surprised he is still on Crossfire.
It makes me sick to see that maggot criticizing someone else. The other newsmen called did not use the story. He needs to be put on the rack and stretched to 6 feet.

14. I think Jon has lost patience
Over the last several months it seems to me that he has had some trouble controlling his outrage at the whole mess the country's in. I don't expect to see a Kerry banner behind his desk, but it's pretty clear he's mad as hell and not going to take it any more.

I hope someone writes a book called: "Bob Novak: the Douchiest Douch Bag in American History." I would love to see ANYONE call him on his treasonous acts live on TV.
