I keep asking this question because it IS about the economy stupid. Bush economy is TANKING. Bush economy stinks. You would think that 'Oil Men' would be wise in the ways of puchasing such commodities. OIL PRICES ARE THE HIGHEST EVER!!!! SURPRISE SURPRISE.
