S1001 Prohibits certain uses of State funds by contractors and grantees.
S1002 Permits motor bus owners to "opt out" of no-fault medical expense benefits coverage for injured passengers.
S1003 Eliminates requirement for 90-day notice of claim in medical malpractice actions against public entities.
S1004 Provides additional core curriculum standards aid for county vocational school district students who reside in Abbott districts.
S1005 Requires each public school to observe a period of silence on September 11 of each school year.
S1006 Authorizes the issuance of restraining orders in situations where the domestic violence statutes do not apply; repeals section 2 of P.L.1999, c.47.
S1007 Provides for State assumption of the costs of the county prosecutors' offices.
S1008 Requires ten years of legal experience to be eligible to be appointed county prosecutor.
S1009 Requires homeowners with private wells to test for contaminants at least once every five years.
S1010 Abolishes Health Service Corporation Conversion Temporary Advisory Commission.
S1011 Phases in official advertising rate increases; provides for biennial rate adjustments thereafter upon CPI changes.
S1012 Increases veterans benefits for members and retirees of Board of Education Employees' Pension Fund of Essex County. (Hurray! -Ed.)
S1013 Clarifies definition of illegal gambling to address Internet gambling; voids credit card debt incurred through illegal gambling; authorizes State to recover illegal gambling losses.

S1034 Authorizes Commissioner of Education to increase the State share of certain county vocational school district school facilities projects.

S1191 Modifies certain provisions concerning automobile insurance.
S1192 Establishes NJ STARS Program to provide scholarships for county college students. *

S1368 Streamlines certain permitting in smart growth areas. *
S1375 Revises pilotage laws.
S1535 Requires Attorney General oversight of nonprofit hospital closures.
S1554 Revises Medicaid reimbursement of pediatric rehabilitation hospitals.
S1568 Changes membership of board of trustees for pension fund of school district employees in first class counties.
S1598 Requires high school seniors to complete a program of community service as a condition of graduation. (Ouch -Ed.)
S1640 Establishes involuntary outpatient commitment for certain persons who are mentally ill or gravely disabled and provides for involuntary inpatient commitment for certain persons who are gravely disabled. (Ouch -Ed.)
S1648 Restructures child protective services in DHS.
S1661 Concerns regulation of certain agreements between casino and casino service industry licensees; transfers administration of certain casino taxes to casino control commission; provides for phased elimination of casino complementaries tax. *
S1684 Authorizes State Medical Examiner to participate in research concerning sudden death in infancy and early childhood.
S1717 Provides that non-bank may use "bank" in its name under certain circumstances.
S1774 Extends casino investment alternative tax obligation to 50 years; authorizes CRDA to bond for certain purposes; extends incentive program and adds five districts under CRDA Urban Revitalization Act.
SCR52 Proposes amendment to State Constitution to provide that Senate President followed by Assembly Speaker will become Governor rather than acting Governor when vacancy occurs in office of Governor.

Now I actually am from New Jersey, so what the hell is this song, and who is it by? I've always thought that one of the Boss' songs should be the state song.
