Anyone see a Detrol LA ad with a woman who's a dead ringer for Pickles?

A couple are in a rowboat in a pond. The urge strikes the woman. She rows frantically to the shore and runs toward the nearest restroom.

Laura Bush look-alike.

Saw the ad on the ABC Evening News.
