I think both are bad.

But the allegations about Arnold came out before the recall election. And millions of Californians still voted for him, knowing about the groping allegations against him and his comments admiring Hitler. It was shameful. Now the Gropenfuhrer is the governator of Caleefornyuh.

There was some serious corruption going on, and since a gay affair was involved, he needed to come out in order to confess to everything else he did.
