The Manchurian Candidate
Me and hubby just got back from the drive in and seeing this movie.. it was GREAT! it was great to see how the "Manchurian" company seemed SO MUCH like hmmm... whats that company that is running this war??? hmm.. HALIBURTON!
lol
in the beginning of the film when they are talking about how the country is right now how bad off it is.. people were applauding the parts saying its time for a change! woohoo!
the movie was great.. the weather was great (right now its 65 degrees out! and my 2 year old did great! :D )
anyone else see this movie?

2. It reminded me more of The Carlyle Group
especially when it said to be headed by former heads of state and other highly political figures.
Great flick though!

4. It's also like Carlyle. And the VP reminds me more of Bush than Cheney
Though neither is cpaable of being as noble as the VP candidate in the movie.

6. I dunno
I like the original much better, but this one was cool, especially for the dark corporate overtones.
