How's this for a bill? The No Privacy for Presidents bill
Edited on Sun Aug-15-04 06:47 PM by noahmijo
Okay it's not how it sounds and yea I know I'm dreaming.

I think that DURING THE PRESIDENT'S WORKDAY the president should never have the public eye off of him.

During vacations, family time ect yes presidents should be entitled to privacy, but when they're signing bills or having meetings with WHOEVER there should be a camera on them at all times.

The only loophole I can think of is that crooked presidents would use their "vacation time" to hold their secret meetings, in which another solution would have be put up to combat that.

The point is in my opinion our nation was founded on the idea that the government and the President should have their ass near the coals with us ready to push at anytime should they attempt to fuck us over REGARDLESS of political affiliation.

I am tired of our nation being one that fears our government. It's about time this government, whatever party controls or runs it starts fearing US!!!

1. Oh, the CIA would just go back to NOT telling the pres what it's up to
Heck, it prolly still is running amuck in the world doing godnoze what. We live in a national security state, driven by our spy orgs---not by the prez or our other elected officials. But would I like a lot more visability to what's going on? heck yeah!

But...everything is very, very, VERY secret from we the people.

2. It would be easier just to elect honest presidents.
And vice presidents. Besides, I would hate to have had my kids watching the Big Dog.

3. Well the problem is you don't know they're dishonest
till they're caught being dishonest.
