the election. I can not find it in me to believe that a man like Carter would lie about the results.

Jimmy has been the best Ex-President ever, he has accomplished so much good for the world.

I think that both the extension of voting hours, a paper trail on the e-voting machines, and Jimmy's presence all look good for Chavez.

I remind those reading links that say otherwise to look at the source, lots of people have a lot of money in a certain outcome, if the source comes from a bilionaire republican (cough) Bloomberg (cough) you know which way they lean.

I'm waiting to hear from Carter, personally, I think that he will be honest. After all if anything Carter is know for his honestly.

Again I pray for those living in Venezuela, I pray for a peaceful outcome.

1. In today's political climate, I wonder if Republican's here will
accept Carter's observations? Would have been good to have another repected Republican with Carter.

but I sure had DUers informing me otherwise. Not too pleasantly, either.

I'll see if I can find the thread, if you want to look at it.

Y'know, I really need to know there are a few good guys left *SOMEWHERE*!

:(

on edit: OK, here's the thread if you want to read it. And if you don't, that's OK, too. I would understand.

10. . . .
. . . you're welcome Kanary. I've always been a huge fan of JC so you'll have to let me know what you think. I ran across this information about a month ago while googling around for old 9/11 stories.

6. Thank the stars that Carter is around and not Nixon.
Nixon only wanted to overthrow the S. American governments that he never liked. Carter at least understands the process of democratic election.

Nixon killed Allende and installed Pinochet. Nixon slaughtered the first democratically elected socialist party in this equator and the fact that Nixon is dead in the ground and not Carter is more than enough to celebrate this evening.
