Jack Cafferty read my e-mail response on air this a.m.

Jack has really got his panties in a wad about the McCreavy story this morning. He was just frothing at the mouth over it. Said he hated he was off last week when the story broke. Said he couldn't wait until more crap came out on him, and was just generally acting like the tabloid, sensation-mongering, whore "journalist" that he is.

Here is what I wrote. He only read paragraphs 1 and 3. Note that the part where I slam him and his ilk of journalist was left out:

1)Jack, I know you love this story, as you so eagerly avowed this morning, and that you can't wait until more of the sordid details come out. I could hear the glee in your voice and see the glint in your eyes.

2) Here we go, it's Gary Condit redux all over again. Remember Gary? Those were dark days for the media when journalists hit an all time low point. Throw a little sex at them and they go absolutely bonkers!

3) Because of your attitude about this, Jack, I hope he does stay until November just to further chap you're already grizzly hide.

What's funny, when he read the last sentence, Bill and Heidi went "eewww". HaH!!! So nice to finally get a slap at Jack! Woo Hooh! :evilgrin:

I've never heard any one of the media slime apologize or say they were wrong about Gary Condit, least of all, Connie Chung.

The entire story, so important that hyped it for months and months, disappeared forever from the radar screen on 9/11. I remember how Condit's airline stewardess former girlfriend and her sleazy lawyer were all over the tube titillating the public with Condit's supposed sexual fetishes when their 15 minutes were cut down to 10, never to be heard from again.

I had already caught that, but it was too late to edit. I'm actually an excellent speller, but can get a little sloppy when trying to bang something out quickly... I am prone to typos. One of my professors once told me that I have quite a good mastery of the English language, so, I will forgive myself a typo or two now and then. I really know it's your and not you're.
