They need more troops in Iraq and every other method short of a draft has been tried.

8. Bingo.....
It's nothing but a smokescreen to make it look like some troops are coming back to the states, but, in reality, they will be prepped for the invasion of Iran.

6. It's for Iran.
They will say, "we're bringing them home" up until the election (because we don't need them in Europe anymore, because we want more troops to protect the homeland at home, etc). Then, after Bush wins again (if he does) they send those 100K to Iran. We'll cry out... this was the plan all along! You never intended to let those guys come home! But they will say that plans have changed and Iran is now an immediate threat and needs regime change. We wish those guys could be home, but they must be in Iran.

Mark my words, that's what will happen.
