These two got their education before the Bush "No child left behind" program. So perhaps they are challenged when it comes to English comprehension. How would you rate them?

Question: Give the meaning of these two statements in ten words or less.

"If we demonstrate an America that has a foreign policy that is smarter, more engaged ... and more respectful of the world, we're going to bring people to our side, that's the way to bring our troops home. I would consider it an unsuccessful policy if I hadn't brought significant numbers of troops back within the first term."

Answer: He told the enemy he will withdraw in six months.

"I believe I can fight a more effective, more thoughtful, more strategic, more proactive, more sensitive war on terror that reaches out to other nations and brings them to our side,"

Answer: He will be sensitive to terrorists.

Our media of "journalists" gave Bush and Cheney a passing grade. How would you grade them?
