Swift Boat Book? Blame Pat Sajak....
Well not really, but I thought this was funny.

Regnery, the company publishing the Swift Vet book is a subsidiary of Eagle Publishing. Pat Sajak sits on Eagle's Board of Directors.

Boycott Wheel of Fortune! :)

(Left to Right): Lesly and Pat Sajak, Tom Phillips, Ann Coulter, and NCCF supporter Sonny Barranca talk politics.

Tom Phillips is the Owner of Phillips Publishing, which owned Eagle, and sits on the Board of Eagle with Sajak.

8. I knew he was Republican but I thought
he was an okay guy. However, if he is friends with Ann Coulter, I must have been wrong about that. No nice person would want anything to do with that witch.

12. Actually it was on FAUX!
And even they got bored with it. I don't think it was on more than a month or two.

10. He Also Ran A Talk Show
Edited on Tue Aug-17-04 03:41 PM by WLKjr
That Rush himself fucked up on so badly it emptied the studio. LOL

"In 1989, CBS handed Sajak a late-night talk show, hoping to compete with Johnny Carson's Tonight. The Pat Sajak Show lasted a year and a half. It's most memorable moment came toward the end, when Sajak wasn't there. Rush Limbaugh guest-hosted and infuriated the studio audience so much that the auditorium was emptied before Limbaugh could finish the show."
He was a loser then and is a loser now. I doubt his audience is a large as he says it is.

13. My freshman year we formed a chapter of the Pat Sajak Fan Club!
Well, not really. We were bored and drunk late one night, watching a "Wheel" re-run, and we decided to send a letter to 'ol Pat claiming that we wanted to form a Virginia Tech chapter of The Pat Sajak Fan Club. Shortly thereafter, we received a boat-load of Sajak crap -- several photos, bios, fact sheets, fan club chapter listings, keychains, mousepads, you name it. The biggest photo was about 20x20 (they also gave us a bunch of 8x10s and, ewww, wallet-size Pat mugshots) and we used it for the dorm dartboard.
