While on the campaign trail, Bush promised that he would "not discriminate for or against Methodist or Mormons or Muslims or good people with no faith at all." Then he announced he would not allow funding of the Nation of Islam, because, as he sees it, the group "preaches hate."

Now although he said a group that preaches hate would not get funding, the Nation of Islam got $500,000. This happened although the Nation of Islam called non-Believers of their view 'termites' and endorsed a 'godly fumigation' of them. The Nation of Islam also endorsed the nuking of the State Department. The Nation of Islam has friendly relations with the murderers Charles Taylor, Frederick Chiluba, Efrain Rios Montt, and had good relations with (before they died) Mobutu Sese Seko, and Roberto D'Aubuisson, a Death Squad Leader. The Nation of Islam has also called Hinduism a demonic religion and has said women are under men in terms of mental ability.

Oh wait, I made a mistake, the 'Nation of Islam' I am referring to is actually Pat Robertson who by the way did get $500,000 of our taxes.

I read that Shrub has given out $1B so far. I was wondering how many people work for this new program. I've tried to find out and no luck.
