Military jets have been circling Chicago's north side for 4 hours.

What is this about?

Mrs. IconCat and I were having breakfast at a little outdoor joint, and ever since 8:00, pairs of fighter jets have been going back and forth along the lakefront. I hear them about every 20 minutes or so. What the hell?

7. Probably practice runs for an Air Show

I have about once or twice a year I have fighter jets/Air Lift planes fly over or have a formation of apache/blackhawk/huey helicopters fly past my house. The Helo's fly out in front over a field REALLY LOW to the ground. It's actually kind of cool sometimes to see the helicopters and the air lift planes.

I live about 70 miles or so N. of Wright Patterson AFB though
