"I Want Candy" Crowley talking about how Kerry has failed to denounce ALL
soft money ads (like the "president" has) with that HATEFUL woman Kay (?) Buchanan. She reminds me of that puppet "Madam" with the wooden face, huge nose and chin?

They're saying that Kerry is upset because it's an ad attacking him but lets MoveOn's ads slide -- no mention of his denunciation of the latest ad.

4. YO!!! It's the MoveOn PAC that's funding the ads
Get it? A Political Action Committee. That's HARD MONEY, not soft. Soft money is what goes to 527's like the Swift Boat Veterans for the "Truth". The MoveOn Organization only funds non-partisan activities like voter registration. The MoveOn PAC is the one that pays for TV advertising. The MoveOn PAC plays by the rules. The Swifties don't. They claim to be non-partisan and that they do not endorse a particular candidate. LIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

9. Happy to - Tell me where
Seriously! I'm getting REALLY tired of this shit. The MoveOn.org and the MoveOn PAC are separate entities. PAC's are free to endorse candidantes because they can only accept $2000 from an individual.

16. Why Denounce ALL soft money ads rather than the BAD ones?
Why denounce ALL the soft money ads?

Why not denounce those you disagree with?

20. She's repeating Scott McClellan's talking point from today.
The talking points are these:

*that Bush has denounced all soft money ads, and Kerry should do the same.

*that Bush is talking about the future, not about the past.

These White House talking points don't stand up under scrutiny, though, because Bush HAS talked about the past, encouraging mockery of Kerry's decades in the Senate. Both Bush's standard stump speech and his campaign ads attack Kerry's Senate record. Bush even encourages mockery and derision at his campaign rallies when he refers to Kerry's years in the Senate.

And when a questioner at an "Ask President Bush" event accused Kerry of winning medals by self-inflicted "scratches," Bush simply let the charge stand -- no correction, no "you're mistaken there," nothing.
