1. MoveOn is a 527, so it's "Soft Money"
which is why they can still do stuff.

Just heard two things. . .on NPR they made a distinction between PAC's and 527's and the difference therein. One was more limiting. I was in some pretty grueling traffic, then left the car for an appointment so couldn't give it my full attention.

Sorry I'm not addressing your question directly.

But then, a little later on Hannity and Colmes stupid, and not so swift, slow boater O'Neill was bitching about how Soros was funding Moveon entirely when his swifty organization had very few funds. Awwwwwww.

Well another ton of BS on him. Moveon was started in '98 by small doners. Soros didn't even fund them until last winter.

Such bull. . . .
