1. if Scarboro did it, he did it in a fit of rage. That's the presumption...

Noone plans a murder by saying "I think I'll club her in the head in my office and leave the body there all weekend..."

If it were premeditated, he would have had her offed and there would have been no suspicion.

2. If it were spur of the moment, it would have been highly likely they would have moved the body and made here a missing person...

I have a hard time believing a guy is going to have the balls to club a woman and leaver her body in his office all weekend.

22. I got it at a festival (of sorts)

There was a guy with a huge temporary shop set up, that was all old B&W pics. I also picked up a Dexter Gordon, and one with Bird playing with Miles.

23. in defense of the lack of media buzz

there were comments from the woman's husband praising the investigation into her death, caused by some sort of heart condition and when she fell she smashed her head, prompting her death supposedly by a blood clot. if the husband or family went public wondering if it was anything but accidental, I'm guessing there would have been more coverage.
