Was Sandy Berger cleared by the FBI?

I thought I read here that the WSJ said he'd been cleared, and CNN had a blurb that he was cleared, but there is almost nothing to be found on this on the internet.

Furthermore, some sites say that the National Archives are saying that he was not cleared yet, and that the investigation is continuing.

Does anyone have a good link?

1. he was cleared

there is nothing about it any more cause it was a non story to begin with. If they had continued harping about it attention would have to have been paid to the Republican Senator (AL) that leaked info (forget name) or the VAlerie Plame thing. So are SCLM just hid it on page 35 of the wantads.
