How has this monotonic, robot-like schmuck had a high-profile job at CNN for almost a decade and a half?

Is it just me or does he constantly and consistently DEFEND the Bush administration? Pathetic.

Also, did anyone else find it almost humorously detestable when he had on Ahmed Chalabi's DAUGHTER to defend her father? This Leslie Blitzeroves Republicanism, all things Bush, AND AHMED CHALABI!!!

Can you imagine him giving John Kerry's daughter(s) a fawning interview to defend HER father from Bush attack ads?
