Is the FEC headed by Bush appointees like those on the FCC? How does this work? How does Kerry expect the FEC to look at him fairly if those on it are Bush/republican appointees? It's like going to the SC. We know what happened there.
...he'll do what the GOP did when they filed a complaint some of the left-leaning 527's -- ask for a quick dismissal that he can appeal via the court system...in a liberal court.
If he goes through the FEC, they won't finish investigating until well after November.
