He is the "war President" who does not have to answer to anyone,and he is one of the elite. He loves thinking he is in charge over the life and death of any person.

Vietnam reminds Americans that when it came to sacrificing for this country, Bush was a coward. The man that is paid to defend America did not have the balls to fight for her in war.
