Does O'Neil remind you of Ashcroft?

I just noticed the similarity this morning on the "This Week Show".

When he was talking, I looked over at the TV and something seemed familiar. Who does this guy remind me of? I think he sounds like Ashcroft!

Since they are both such slime, it's hard to tell.
