Is Norm Coleman an A-Hole?
I just heard this man on CNN and heard his explanations about Kerry. I wonder why is it when a republican brings up Kerry's record or what Kerry has said in the past, a democrat will not use Coleman's words when he was a Democrat and all the good things he said about Clinton and the Democratic party against him. Damn! Are the Democrats gonna keep wearing those pink tu-tu's and not fight back. Hell, it looks like the only people with balls in our party are the ones that were born without a pair.....

4. A weasel at best.
Carpetbagger Norm Coleman came from New York, discarded his Jewish name in favor of an Irish one, and ran for mayor of St. Paul as a Democrat. St. Paul traditionally elects an Irish Democrat for Mayor.

When he decided to run for Minnesota governor, his chances seemed better if he ran as a Republican as the winds were blowing in that direction on a statewide basis. This may have been the result of generous offer from the national Republican party. Unfortunately for him, the Minnesota electorate decided they didn't like either major candidate and elected Jesse Ventura as governor.

When Paul Wellstone was up for reelection, Coleman filed as his opponent, again backed by the national Republican party. Wellstone's death put Coleman in the senate.

Now, the citizens of St. Paul are watching their present Democratic mayor turn weasel as he stumps for Bush*.

It could be the courthouse water supply.

6. My impression of Norm Coleman is biased because
I had never seen the man until last week when he was on the Daily Show.

I was taping it for hubby to watch later, and had turned the sound down because I was reading. I happened to glance up from my book just as a commercial came on for that wonderful all-natural male enhancement product "Enzyte," featuring the insanely smiling "Bob." Eeeeeiuw! I immediately went back to my reading.

Unfortunately, a few moments later, I glanced up again. Norm Coleman was being introduced. He walked out on stage with the EXACT SAME "ohmyfuckinggawdi'vegotanerectionthatwon'tgoaway" grin on his face.

I will never think of Norm Coleman without thinking of Enzyte.

8. He's an asshole and dumb as a post.
I heard him rattling off dates that John Kerry missed voting, and it was obvious that he memorized them just for this show. I really can't tolerate that guy. I watch the Senate proceedings frequently, and it's obvious that those Republicans that got "elected" in the 2002 Election are just rubber stamps for bush*. I have never seen Liddy Dole make a statement on the Senate Floor or in a Committee Hearing without just "reading" it. For example, at one of the recent 9/11 hearings, she was reading her statement and then said I will now quote extensively from what so-and-so wrote recently. Ack!!!!!!

10. He is not dumb when it comes to knowing which side his bread is buttered.
Like all the Rightwing shills(Michelle Malkin,Dinesh D'Souza,Michael Savage,Chris Matthews,Hannity and so on),Coleman is an opportunist who realized as he got older that he could make a killing by saying whatever his paymasters on the right wanted him to say.A guy like Karl Rove knows that he can buy off most of these people at the right price. Those that he can't, he has other ways of "persuading",Don Corleone style. This is the fundamental reality of our political life today.Even electing John Kerry will not make a material difference to our politics because our institutions have been corrupted beyond repair by the thugs that Hillary Clinton identified as the Vast Right Wing Conspiracy. To get a good idea of the reach and power of this conspiracy, please read the article THE POLITICS OF RAGE by Lewis Lapham in the september issue of Harper's magazine.
