Excellent! What a cast of experts. What a damning indictment!

Best line: About halfway through (actually at 36:32) is a video shot of Bu$h sitting in a group of dignitaries (scowling John Snow on his right). A female reporter's voice asks the question from off-camera (and I quote from the screen subtitle), "Is US credibility on the line over 'weapons of mass destruction' in Iraq?"

Bu$h, with his best "deer-in-the-headlight" look, answers nervously, "I'm not exactly sure what that means." The film fades to the next section with Bu$h's blank face staring like a moron trying to understand a differential equation problem.

I am not sure what that means? WTF? WTF he means is "of course our credibility is shattered over this issue, and I am responsible. We took our chance in pulling off this shit, knowing we might have to bluff our way out of a great shining lie, but Unka Dick isn't here to tell me what to say."

2. Excellent!
Thanks for the heads-up, DemoTex! Sounds like another must-own DVD.

In addition to Fahrenheit 9-11, I'd recommend "The Corporation." It's a CBC three-parter trimmed down for the movie houses that takes a scathing look at the transnational threats to life and freedom and what can be done about them. In their examination of how the corporations treat human beings, the filmmakers make an excellent case that the corps are psychopathic. Spot-on.

leftist, secular, America-hating, liberal propaganda.

That's the way Bush supporters will see it.

Until films like this actaully get these people out of office, I won't hold my breath. They never go away. The people in power now are some of the same people from the crime group in the 80's.

When people who voted for Bush in 2000, actually vote for someone else in 2004, and don't just say they will, then I'll believe these films make an impact.

Sure, you'll get a discussion about the movie in the media. But it'll never go anywhere. The media isn't set up that way. It's set up to keep things in a locked struggle. Before any real questions can be asked, they have to go to a commercial break. They'll have one person from a Democratic group, debating with someone from a Republican group, and nothing will ever come of it, because they're all reading from a script. One side will say "you're wrong", then the other side will say, "no, you're wrong". Then the shouting starts, then a commercial break, and then they come back and talk about some other meaningless topic that is of no importantance, other than to keep people divided.

Sorry, we're out of time. We'll have to pick up this discussion at a later date. I'd like to update our viewers on some breaking news from the Michael Jackson case. We have some exclusive video we'd like to share of Michael Jackson coming out of the courtroom...
