Does anyone have information on the racist tricks used on McCain by Bush?

I have heard that in the 2000 primary in South Carolina, the Bush campaign set up a call center to tell the white republicans that John McCain had a "black baby". They also had passed around leaflets proclaiming this too. An interesting thing I have heard is that Pat Robertson and the Christian Coalition were also involved in spreading the lie about McCain. Does anyone know where I can find exact information or a photo of the leaflet that was used to smear John McCain?
