I was just thinking that it appears as though the bar is so incredibly low for * that all he has to do is breathe and the media considers it a great effort....for Kerry, the bar has been raised so incredibly high that he can do no right in the media's eyes. What the hell is going on? Where is reason? Intellect? Where is decency?

2. Well, breathing is an accomplishment you know.
Breathing is a basic biological function that is controlled by the brain; therefore, for someone who doesn't have a brain to be able to breathe is actually quite miraculous.

3. We really need to get a new media outlet that
reports all the news in an unbiased manner. People are appalling uninformed these days and overly propagandized.

to vote Dem is that we are always held to a higher standard. Personally, i think that sucks, and it upsets me that 2 rules of law are used, one for dems and one for repigs, but it ain't gonna change until we take back the media.

7. If you think of the corporate broadcast media as an unindicted
co-conspirator for enabling the 11/2000 junta to happen, it sorta all makes sense.

8. Corporations own the media.
The corporations like their tax breaks and loopholes.

If the American people are not savvy enough to see through the propaganda, we're screwed. But I have faith that there is still enough sense and decency in America to reject the lies and division and the hatred that the republicans sow.

9. Let's hope the corporations don't dictate votes to their employees
I wonder how many of us actually know what's going on. People who are interviewed on our local news often seem clueless about government issues.
