Such Good News Today!!!
My father -- a lifelong Republican -- doesn't want to vote for Bush!!! This may not seem like a big deal to the rest of you, but this man is completely disgusted with him AND THAT IS UNBELIEVABLE!!! Also, my mother bought a Kerry bumper sticker that I had with me, then a stranger at the grocery store asked me for one after commenting on my Kerry button, and THEN I went to a "protest Cheney" demonstration that had FORTY PEOPLE despite the "no publicity" situation!!! I also got a chance to "convert" FIVE young teenagers into Kerry supporters (surprisingly easy when you speak plainly and tell the truth) and sold YET ANOTHER bumper sticker to a fellow protester. (By the way, I told some of the protesters about this website, too!)

Now, please keep in mind that I only had ten extra bumper stickers and I was planning on distributing them to my precinct volunteers tomorrow, but these people are pretty much BEGGING for them, so what can I do? :) Oh, and I'm up to TWELVE volunteers for my "get out the vote" precinct work in only one evening of calling!!! People really want to help!!!

Folks, I know it is easy to get discouraged, but people are talking. NO ONE LIKES BUSH, even "traditional" Republicans. I believe its going to be a Kerry landslide!!!!!

5. "Bu$h is a picture of the worst people in the United States"
That is what a Mexican friend that did not speak very good English said to me the other night.

What she meant was that Bu$h is the essential "ugly American".

I thought her statement was very insightful and accurate.

No one likes Bu$h.

6. Thanks for the story!
It is encouraging to see these things happening. I have heard some people turn around also. I think bush's numbers are a lot lower than is being reported.
